Beyond the physical conditions, incidents of sexual harassment, stalking, physical assault, and retaliatory actions (including property conditions) from Don Klyberg's onsite two man tenant and property management team Anthony Anderson and Rick Newmann, compounded the unbearable living situation.

Photographic evidence, illustrating the extent of these violations, will accompany my testimony, underscoring the breach of habitability and other tenant rights under the lease agreement.
